For women, there is an invisible barrier that separates talent from opportunities, and that barrier was the focus of the Women20 (W20) panel on Labor Inclusion Policies.

The debate began with a talk by Silvina Moschini, founder of She Works!, who detailed the main reason for gender inequality: access to money. "As my mom taught me when I was a little girl, empowerment starts with the wallet: the woman must be able to count on her own money," she said. Access to economic independence, said Moschini, is becoming easier thanks to digitalization. Remote and flexible work is an opportunity for the world of female employment, he stressed. "It allows us to balance a successful career with personal life," she added.
