Silvina Moschini, founder, president, and chairwoman of TransparentBusiness was recently a keynote speaker at a special Forbes 30 forum that will bring together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors to dive into digital and business trends. Silvina discussed how TransparentBusiness became a unicorn by pioneering the future of work, and being ready for the digital transformation that was accelerated by the pandemic. She also discussed the importance of women in leadership, showcasing SheWorks! and Skirt the Rules, a global community that we recently launched designed to empower women entrepreneurs to scale their businesses globally.

Silvina was also the featured Facebook partner during Facebook's event Season Sessions in Latin America. The event is part of an ongoing series designed for Facebook partners and its specific focus is to discuss the role of women in technology and how female leadership has a positive impact on business.
