We are honored to announce that Ms. Rios accepted our invitation to join the Board of Directors of our company.
As we keep our Board limited to five seats, we had ended the tenure of Frédéric Garcia, who had served as a Director for 1.5 years. I'm grateful to Mr. Garcia for his contribution to our growth but the shift of our business from Tech to Financial / Crypto prompted us to seek the participation of Ms. Rios who has top-level experience in the Fiance and Crypto industries. As per the Bylaws of our company, the Board seat rotation was enacted by a Resolution of the Majority Shareholders.
