With TransparentBusiness.com you can invite your clients to your account and provide them with visibility over their projects and time billed. Your clients will have access to all team screen-shots and will have a complete picture over the work performed and time billed. This is a unique way to attract clients as you ensure that over-billing is eliminated and build trust with your client base. Getting contracts with clients from all over the world will not be a problem since full visibility over time billed and work activity is guaranteed through the time and activity tracking features. To invite clients to your account you will first need to define them. To do so go to the "Clients" option on the horizontal menu. Once on the Clients page click on "Add New Client".

To add a client user while creating the company in your account click on the "Sent invitation to customer" link. You may leave this field empty to just create the company in your account and invite client users/customers later. You can add many customers at the same time.

Defining clients is important for adding client company information in the project. Projects are linked to clients. On the project page one can add the client for whom a project is performed. Clients will only have access to projects conducted for their company. Client users can be invited to your account at any time for free. Click on the required client company name on the client page. Once on the client details page click on the () button. Fill-in the invitation form and submit. Your client will be notified via email. A notification is sent when client users accept invitations.
