TransparentBusiness has a built-in messaging system that will help you
communicate with everyone on your team. You can check these messages
from your email (as you’ll receive an email notification) or from your
account on TransparentBusiness.
Having all your project-related communication in one place is very useful.
You can refer back to an instruction you gave or see what you had agreed
on with your contractor.
This is how it works: go to the Collaboration tab in your account.
On the left-hand side, you will see all the channels you can use to send messages:
If you want to send out a file through a collaboration channel, simply
click on the paper clip icon and select a file from your computer,
Google Drive, or Dropbox. TransparentBusiness has seamless integration
with both popular software options.
You can edit a message that you just sent by clicking on the ‘Edit’ option below the message.
You can also make sure a person receives a copy of the message in their email
account by using the “@” sign then writing the person name then writing the
message, when writing in the general.
If you need to delete a message, hover over a message you want to delete and click on the “x” sign.
If you want to refer back to something you or a team member said previously, click on the “Reply” button under the message.
