You will be responsible for introducing advantages of cloudsourcing and transparent staff augmentation to major corporations throughout the U.S.A. Your compensation will consist of the residual 25% commission on gross revenues you generate and stock options.

That would amount to about $1.5 million in annual commission on a client sourcing 100 position via Yandiki.
Stock options are designed to multiply your earnings in case of a successful IPO or an acquisition. Specifically, if you earn more than $100K in commissions during the first year, you will receive as many TransparentBusiness shares (up to two million shares). If TransparentBusiness stock is traded at $20 following the IPO, your cash earnings will be increased by 2,000%.
