TransparentBussiness named Top People Management Solution by Citigroup

New York, NY, March 14, 2016 – Citi Group announced  today that Yandiki, a platform based on TransparentBusiness technology, was named  Top People Management Solution  during its inaugural Smarter Worklife Challenge competition. The purpose of the event was to provide an opportunity to leading tech companies to propose digital human resource solutions to enhance Citi’s workplace.

Yandiki  is a cloud-based technology platform to facilitate the hiring, monitoring, management and payment of distributed teams. It also provides talent on demand via its cloud-based platform which allows for full transparency of remote work. “We are thrilled with the opportunity of helping Citi Group manage their geographically distributed workforce more efficiently,” says Yandiki CEO  Silvina Moschini.

Yandiki was founded in 2014 and boasts such clients as Google, Facebook, DDB Worldwide, Twitter, MasterCard, SONY, Ricoh, Turner, HBO, Aruba Networks, Myriad, Seccion Amarilla and Inter-American Development Bank.

Citi's  Smarter Worklife Challenge  received 133 submissions from 21 countries and shortlisted 19 finalists who presented their projects on February 11, 2016 in New York City.
